I talk to my cat
More than I do to my wife
My cat seems to like it
I know my wife does
I really don’t have anything
Important to say
That makes no difference
To my cat
She just likes
Hearing my voice
My wife
Has long ago
Tired
Of my
Screwball thoughts
I’m like a silent movie
To her
