I am a mystery to myself
Physically our bodies are truly a wonder
But I am talking about my emotions
I’m not an emotional rollercoaster
But I have ups and downs
I subscribe to the belief that we first think
Then we feel
So feelings don’t just happen
The mystery for me
Is how my feelings then affect my thinking
The very thought makes me dizzy
