My bright blue eyes
Speak of kindness
Competence
Wisdom
I speak
In a soft sure voice
Explaining facts
With compassion
And care
It will be a demanding operation
But I’ve done it before
With great success
Trust these hands
To help your body
Have health again
I have all the makings
To be a great brain surgeon
If only I had the brain for it
